Lightstone Mediation Services offers conflict resolution services, training and coaching for parties in dispute.
Our goal is to provide you with the opportunity to reduce stress, clarify assumptions, develop effective communication, maintain efficiency, and build trust, ultimately resulting in significant savings of time, effort, and emotional and financial expenditures. Our mission is to avoid the negative effects of conflict when not resolved.
Conflict resolution is an informal and confidential process where a neutral third party assists discussions between those involved. With an emphasis on co-operation, both parties determine the final results, resulting in a mutually acceptable agreement.
